- Walmart Grimes: Monday & Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Office, 1601 W Lakes Pkwy, West Des Moines: Wednesday & Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Phone calls can be scheduled any time during the week. Home visits and phone calls are typically available weekday evenings, Fridays, and Saturdays.
